OK, I really am being cheesy here by doing the whole TV dinner (and lunch) thing.

After running into a vegetarian friend from Seattle at this gala which only served a few desserts, we frantically searched a good place in this strange town for dinner. Luckily, I remembered how an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives tuned me on to this place so much that I almost drove up to Philly the next day. Their Coconut Club with fried tofu, smoked & fried coconut slices (in lieu of bacon) was a dream, even for this devout carnivore. Come to think of it, I may have to get up there soon.
